How client reports work
From branding to the first scheduled send in four steps.
Add your branding
Upload your logo, pick a colour and font, and add your contact details once in Agency Settings. Every client report uses them.
Choose a schedule
Weekly or monthly, in your time zone. Add up to 10 recipients per client. Turn on approval if you want to read each report before it goes out.
Review the draft
A summary is written for you from the numbers. Redraft it with AI, edit it, and add a note to any section before you send.
Send it
Share the link, download the PDF, or let the schedule email it. You can also post each report to Slack or a webhook.
What goes in each report
Every section reads from data the client workspace already holds. Where rank tracking, AI visibility and competitor research are switched on, the report adds rank buckets with a keyword table, AI visibility, backlinks and competitors.
Search Console performance
Clicks, impressions, CTR and position for the period, compared with the period before it.
Analytics
Sessions and key events from Google Analytics, so the client sees traffic next to search.
Site health and Core Web Vitals
Error, warning and info counts from the latest audit, plus Core Web Vitals.
Work completed
SEO tests finished with before and after clicks, tasks done, and links added. Task titles stay private unless you choose to show them.
Internal links
Links added during the period from the link map, so structural work gets credit too.
Business Profile
Calls and website clicks from Google Business Profile for clients with a connected location.
Share it on your terms
A link the client can open, a PDF you can attach, and a schedule that runs without you.
Snapshots, not live views
Each report is built once and stored. The public page never pulls live data, so a client reloading the link cannot run up your Search Console or data quota.
Password, expiry and view counts
Put a password on the share link, set an expiry date, and see how many times the page, the PDF and the email were opened. Counts are privacy-preserving: no tracking of who.
Your own domain
Serve reports from up to five custom domains, a subdomain or an apex, and send the report email from your own domain. The link your clients open is yours.
