The free trial includes 25 tracked keywords and 3 AI prompts per client, and 20 research reports. Add-ons are charged when you add them. If you remove one, you keep it until the end of the billing period. Going over a limit never deletes anything: scheduled checks pause for that client until you add a pack, upgrade or remove some keywords.

Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
How long is the free trial?
The free trial runs 14 days with every feature unlocked and no credit card required. Cancel any time before it ends and you pay nothing.
What happens after my trial ends?
Trial access ends automatically. Pick a subscription plan to keep going, and your trial data stays put. If you do nothing, everything you built stays saved so you can pick up where you left off.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscription plans. If you're not satisfied within your first 30 days, email us and we'll refund you in full.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees ever. You only pay the monthly subscription fee for your chosen plan. Onboarding, training resources, and email support are included at no extra cost.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your plan limits. You can upgrade, add a pack for rank tracking, research reports or AI prompts, or wait until your monthly limits reset. We never charge overage fees.
Is my data secure?
RankNest runs on SOC 2 Type II-compliant infrastructure (Supabase). All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Google access uses OAuth you can revoke from your Google account at any time.
What is a research report?
A research report is one keyword search, competitor report, backlink report, live results page, manual rank check or on-demand AI visibility run. Most use 1 report and a few larger ones use more; the app shows the number before anything runs. Repeating a recent search is free. Your allowance resets each billing month.
