The best Raven Tools alternatives for agencies are AgencyAnalytics for client reporting at $20 per client per month, SE Ranking for an all-in-one SEO suite with a white-label add-on, SEO Gets for cheap Search Console reporting across unlimited sites, Looker Studio if you are willing to build the dashboard yourself, and RankNest if what you need is the SEO work rather than the report about it. Raven remains a fair buy for agencies that want reporting, rank tracking, and licensed backlink data on one bill.
We build RankNest, one of the five options below, and it is the least like-for-like of them. Every price was checked against the vendor's own pricing page in September 2026.
What Raven Tools actually sells
Raven is a reporting platform with SEO tools attached, not the other way around. Its strength is pulling 25 or more data sources into one white-labeled client report, and it licenses the underlying SEO data from Moz, Majestic, and AuthorityLabs so you do not hold three separate subscriptions.
Plans are tiered by domains and users. Verified September 2026, prepaid annually:
| Plan | Annual, per month | Monthly | Domains | Users | Position checks |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Small Biz | $39 | $49 | 2 | 2 | 1,500 |
| Start | $79 | $109 | 20 | 4 | 15,000 |
| Grow | $139 | $199 | 80 | 8 | 20,000 |
| Thrive | $249 | $299 | 160 | 20 | 25,000 |
| Lead | $399 | $479 | 320 | 40 | 30,000 |
Audit crawl volume scales with the plan, from 50,000 pages a month on Small Biz to 7 million on Lead. The free trial is seven days.
Why agencies start shopping
Three constraints account for most of it.
- Full white labeling starts at Grow. Small Biz and Start give you a branded subdomain, email, and report, but the complete white-label experience begins at $139 a month prepaid annually. Agencies that bought in at $39 to test the water often discover the feature they were buying for sits two tiers up.
- User seats are capped and they matter. Two users on Small Biz and four on Start is tight for any team with an account manager, a strategist, and a contractor. Tools that include unlimited users remove a recurring upgrade trigger.
- The data is licensed, so the ceiling is someone else's. Buying Moz, Majestic, and AuthorityLabs data in one wrapper is convenient and cheaper than three subscriptions. It also means keyword and backlink depth is capped by those providers, which is the usual complaint in comparisons against Semrush or Ahrefs.
A fourth reason is quieter and more important. Raven tells you what happened. It does not do the work that changes what happens next.
Five alternatives worth comparing
1. AgencyAnalytics, the direct replacement
This is the closest like-for-like swap and the one most Raven comparisons end at. Pricing is $20 per client per month billed annually, with every feature unlocked on that single plan: white-label branding, a client portal, custom domain and email, API access, 85 or more integrations, and unlimited staff and client users. There is a free trial with no credit card and a 30-day money-back guarantee. Above 25 clients you move to a custom enterprise plan.
Read the pricing model carefully before assuming it is cheaper. At five clients you pay $100 a month against Raven's $79 Start plan, which allows twenty domains. AgencyAnalytics wins on unlimited users and unlimited integrations per client, and loses on raw domain allowance. Rank tracking is also a paid add-on at $41.67 a month per 500 keywords, where Raven includes position checks in the base plan, so an SEO-heavy agency should price both stacks with rank tracking included.
2. SE Ranking, if you want the SEO depth too
SE Ranking is the option for agencies whose complaint about Raven is data quality rather than reporting. Core is $129 a month, or $103.20 billed annually, covering 10 projects, one manager seat, 2,000 keywords tracked daily, and 250,000 pages a month in the audit crawler. Growth is $279 a month for 30 projects and three manager seats. White labeling is a separate Agency Pack add-on at $69 a month, annual billing only, which also adds 30 client seats and scheduled reporting.
The trial runs 14 days with no card. Budget honestly: an agency that needs white labeling is looking at roughly $172 a month at the Core tier once the Agency Pack is added.
3. SEO Gets, for agencies drowning in domain limits
If the binding constraint is how many sites you can connect, SEO Gets removes it entirely. The free tier and the $59 a month Core plan both cover unlimited Search Console properties, unlimited team members, and 16 months of history, with GA4 alongside Search Console and a single dashboard across every site.
The trade is scope. There is no rank tracker, no backlink index, and no PPC or social data, so it replaces the Search Console half of a Raven report and nothing else. For agencies whose clients mainly want to know what organic search did last month, that is most of the value at a fraction of the price.
4. Looker Studio, if you will actually build it
Free, connects natively to Search Console, GA4, and Google Ads, and gives you complete control over what a client sees. Plenty of agencies run their entire reporting layer on it.
The catch is that a report is never finished. Someone has to build the templates, maintain them when a connector changes, and rebuild anything that needs a data source Google does not offer for free. Reporting tools exist because that maintenance has a cost, and agencies that switch to Looker Studio to save $139 a month often spend more than that in billable hours within the quarter.
5. RankNest, for the work rather than the report
Being clear about this one: RankNest is not a Raven replacement. It has no rank tracker, no backlink index, and no PPC or social reporting. If your reason for leaving Raven is that you need a better client report, buy AgencyAnalytics and stop reading here.
RankNest covers the other half of the problem. It is a per-client workspace built around execution: a technical site audit, a visual internal link map with orphan detection and a prioritized linking plan, SEO testing on Search Console data with before and after baselines, keyword cannibalization detection, review mining, and Google Business Profile post scheduling. Pricing is $50, $150, and $500 a month for one, five, and ten clients, with a 14-day trial and no card.
The realistic setup for many agencies is both: a reporting tool the client sees, and an execution tool the team works in. Raven and AgencyAnalytics answer the first. This answers the second.
Side by side

| SE Ranking | SEO depth with reporting attached | $69 per month add-on | $129 to $279 per month |

Choose by what you are actually billing for
The mistake in most of these comparisons is treating reporting and execution as one purchase. They have different buyers inside the same agency.
If the client is complaining about the report, the answer is AgencyAnalytics or a better-configured Raven plan. Count your users and your domains first, then compare, because those two numbers decide the tier and the tier decides the price.
If the team is complaining about the data, the answer is SE Ranking or a dedicated research tool, and the reporting question is separate.
If nobody is complaining but the results are flat, no reporting tool fixes that. A prettier dashboard showing the same rankings is the most expensive way to avoid the underlying work.
