Your Account

Update the first and last name on your RankNest account, and see which email address the account uses.

The Account tab holds the basics of your own profile: your name and the email address your account signs in with. It applies to you as a user, not to any client.

Where to find it

Click Account Settings in the dashboard sidebar. The Account tab is the first tab, and it opens by default.

Updating your name

  1. Edit the First name and Last name fields. First name is required.
  2. Click Save changes. A brief Saved confirmation appears.

RankNest uses your first name to address you in emails, so this is the place to fix a typo from signup or an account created before names were collected.

Your email address

The Email address field is shown read-only. It is your login and where every RankNest email goes. To change it, contact support at support@ranknest.io.
