Getting Help
Where to get answers: in-app how-to guides, the feedback button, the RankNest Discord community, and email support.
Help lives in four places, ordered roughly by how fast they answer: the in-app guide on the page you are already on, these docs, the community Discord, and email support for anything account-specific.
In-app how-to guides
Most tool pages have a Guide button in their header, marked with a graduation-cap icon (on narrow screens it shrinks to just the icon). Click it and a guide panel slides in from the right without leaving the page you are working on.
Each guide explains why the tool exists, how it works, a step-by-step for the main workflow, and tips, organized as tabs across the top of the panel. A View full guide link at the top opens the matching page in these docs in a new tab when you want the complete reference.
Sending feedback
To report a bug or suggest a feature, click Send Feedback near the bottom of the dashboard sidebar. The form asks you to pick a type first:
- Bug report: something isn't working as expected.
- Feature request: suggest a new feature or improvement.
- General feedback: share your thoughts or questions.
Then give it a title and description. You can attach a screenshot by uploading a file or simply pasting an image from your clipboard. RankNest records which page you were on when you opened the form, so you don't have to describe where the problem happened.
The RankNest Discord
Click Join our Discord in the sidebar to join the community server. It is the best place to ask how-do-I questions, compare workflows with other agencies, see release announcements, and weigh in on what gets built next. Feature ideas raised there genuinely shape the roadmap.
Email support
For anything tied to your specific account, such as billing questions, changing your login email, or access problems, email support@ranknest.io. Include the email address on your account so support can find it quickly.
Tip: Pick the right channel and you get a faster answer. Product questions go to Discord or the docs; bugs go through Send Feedback so the technical context comes along; account and billing issues go to email, since the community can't see your account.
